Welcome to Bellingham , Washington . Our City of about 74,000 souls is located on Puget Sound, just 80 miles North of Seattle and 60 miles South of Vancouver, B.C. The Port of Bellingham supports shipping, boat building and marina activities. The Alaska Ferry Terminal is located here for travelers going to Alaska. Bellingham is home to the Western Washington University and the center of many cultural activities. In addition, Bellingham supports Summer and Winter sports such as skiing, boating and fishing.
The Fraternal Order of Eagles #31 was chartered in 1899. FOE #31 an active contributor of charitable events in the Community, as well as the State of Washington and Grand Aerie charities. We are located in the hub of downtown Bellingham , known as the “city of subdued excitement.”
